For months, Britain has been battered by savage winter storms packing hurricane-force winds and torrential rain that has led to historic flooding. With rivers overflowing and the ground already saturated, there’s nowhere for the water to go, and residents are bracing for the next round of storms. Charlie D’Agata reports.
