Congress expected to vote on $25 billion for U.S. Postal Service

Members of Congress are expected to return to Capitol Hill for a rare Saturday session. House Democrats are forcing a vote on their bill to provide $25 billion in emergency funding for the agency. Embattled Postmaster General Louis DeJoy is due to testify before a House Oversight and Reform Committee on Monday. Ben Tracy reports.
