Battleground Tracker poll: Biden gains edge in Arizona over Trump and has big lead in Minnesota

The latest CBS News Battleground Tracker poll shows Joe Biden edging ahead of President Trump in Arizona, a state that has been in the Republican column all but once since Eisenhower won it in the 1950s. Biden also holds a 9-point lead in Minnesota. CBS News elections and surveys director Anthony Salvanto joins Elaine Quijano to discuss what's behind Biden's rise in these states and more.
