When Emily DelFavero shared a photo of her tattoo of a fish chair on Facebook, she received more than just compliments. In an act of kindness, a group of women came together to purchase a chair that matched the tattoo and deliver it to her front door. Steve Hartman has more on this week's "On The Road."
