Hurricane warnings are in effect in Louisiana and Mississippi as the Gulf Coast braces for another storm to make landfall. Zeta hit in Mexico near the resort city of Tulum and is expected to restrengthen into a hurricane before reaching the U.S. CBSN's Tanya Rivero has more.
