Pennsylvania health secretary discusses COVID-19 vaccine

Pennsylvania Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine says a COVID-19 vaccine could be available within the next month, although she noted that when a vaccine does become available it won't be "an immediate cure or end" to the pandemic.
