Italians pay it forward by collecting donations for COVID tests

Italians in Naples have found a way to help neighbors who can not afford to pay for COVID-19 tests and who have been struggling financially during the pandemic. Their generosity has helped more than 2,000 people receive coronavirus tests. CBS News foreign correspondent Chris Livesay has the details.
