National Guard Allowed To Rest Inside US Capitol After Being Relocated To Parking Garage

After days in the cold securing the U.S. Capitol following deadly riots two weeks ago, National Guard members were asked to leave the Capitol building and relocate to a nearby parking garage to rest.
