Obama insists Russia must pay price for Crimea take over

President Obama is in Amsterdam for emergency talks about the crisis in Ukraine. The president is meeting with leaders of the G7 – the world's top global economies – to press for tougher economic sanctions against Russia. Alphonso Van Marsh reports.
