Family of GM accident victims speaks out

General Motors is sending a new letter to owners of recalled vehicles due to a fault in the ignition switch, insisting the cars are safe to drive if owners only use a key. One family who lost two members in an accident believed to be caused by the defect is speaking out, in part, because they don’t believe the cars are safe. Jeff Glor reports.
