MoneyWatch: GM will compensate accident victims; Facebook users angered by altered news feeds

In an effort to avoid law suits, General Motors will announce plans today to compensate the victims of accidents connected to its bad ignition switches. Also, Facebook revealed that it secretly altered the news feed of about 700,000 users for one week in 2012 as part of an experiment. Jill Wagner reports on these stories and more.
