Who is Hannibal Buress?

At an October show in Philadelphia, Hannibal Buress unleashed on Bill Cosby and asked his audience to Google "Bill Cosby rape" when they left. After the clip was posted online it pushed Buress to the forefront and ignited the backlash against Cosby.
