Secret Service acting director apologizes for mistakes

Joseph Clancy admitted to a congressional committee that the agency's missteps have had a detrimental effect on both security and moral, and apologized for the mistakes that enabled a fence jumper to get all the way into the White House in September. Bill Plante reports.
