Deadly ice storms leave parts of Tennessee in cold, darkness

New winter storms threaten tens of millions of people across the southern half of the United States. Rain, snow, sleet and freezing rain stretch for thousands of miles. Warnings are posted from California to South Carolina, and Tennessee is under a state of emergency. Anna Werner reports from Monterey, Tennessee.
