6 Baltimore officers charged in death of Freddie Gray

Six officers facing felony charges in the death of Freddie Gray turned themselves in at the city jail, and were later released on bond. Baltimore's top prosecutor says all the evidence supports the criminal charges and a victory rally is planned to celebrate the charges against the police officers.
