Amtrak derailment highlights infrastructure needs

The Northeast corridor is the busiest stretch of railroad in the country. More than 2,200 passenger and freight trains operate on the tracks between Washington, D.C., and Boston every day, using equipment that would be considered antique in other parts of the world. Nancy Cordes reports.
