Northern California wildfires jump containment line

The Rocky fire jumped a vital containment line late Monday, north of Highway 20. Thousands of homes are in danger. It is one of more than two dozen wildfires in the West, and 9,000 firefighters are battling flames from the air and the ground. Ben Tracy reports from the command post in Lakeport.
