Companies fight for employees with work perks

Software maker Adobe is the latest tech company planning to offer more paid time off for new moms and dads. The expanded parental leave announced Monday comes days after similar moves by Netflix and Microsoft. But businesses far beyond the tech sector are offering extra perks.
