Official: Terrorists moved up Brussels attack date

CBS News has learned that the terror attacks in Brussels were planned for Monday, March 28. Instead, the attacks were moved up after Salah Abdeslam--Europe's most wanted man in connection to the Paris attacks last November--was captured.
