Arrest made in connection with California wildfire

Authorities say a woman suspected of starting a fire in Northern California has been arrested. Thousands of people have been evacuated from the Fawn Fire burning near Redding. Structures have been destroyed and more are threatened by the blaze. (Sept. 24)
