Minneapolis, DOJ agree on police reforms in wake of George Floyd murder

The city of Minneapolis and the U.S. Department of Justice have agreed on a consent decree which calls for the Minneapolis Police Department to make extensive reforms.  The agreement comes five years after the death of George Floyd caused protests around the city and the world.
