Wednesday, 30 November 2016 Equipment operator dies from accident at Cirque du Soleil in SF An equipment operator at the Cirque du Soleil “Luzia” show near San Francisco’s AT&T Park was killed in an industrial accident Tuesday night, police said. Though what transpired remains unclear, the Police Department’s traffic collision investigation team and investigators with Cal/OSHA, the state's workplace safety regulator, were at the scene, Manfredi said.
