Strasbourg shooter 'probably didn't have real organisational links with IS group'

The IS claim follows a similar template the group often uses, according to FRANCE 24’s jihadism expert Wassim Nasr. “It shows that [Chekatt] didn’t have real organisational links with the group, meaning he didn’t have a budget to make this attack. He didn’t have help getting arms. He didn’t benefit from a real web or sleeper cell."
