Iran a 'nation of terror', was behind tanker attacks: Trump
Friday, 14 June 2019 While Iran has denied being involved in the attacks, US Central Command released footage it said shows Iran's Revolutionary Guard removing an unexploded limpet mine from the Japanese-owned tanker Kokuka Courageous. Trump said Iran's culpability was "exposed" by US and called it a "nation of terror". He added that Iran has been told that US wants it back on negotiating table.
Two oil tankers were attacked on Thursday and left adrift in the Gulf of Oman, driving up oil prices and stoking fears of a new confrontation between Iran and the United States, which blamed Tehran for the incident. Nathan Frandino has more.
