Russia says three Syrian army servicemen killed in Aleppo: RIA

Three Syrian army servicemen were killed and eight wounded in the last 24 hours by gunfire from militants in the Syrian city of Aleppo, RIA news agency reported on Friday, citing the Russian defense ministry.
