Coronavirus whistleblower says window is closing to address pandemic and says White House ignored alarms

Whistlebolwer Dr Rick Bright, who says he was removed from his position leading a key federal health agency after sounding the alarm of the coronavirus pandemic, has warned "the window is closing" for the US to respond to the novel virus when speaking to Congress.
