Rwanda genocide suspect Kabuga opposes transfer to U.N. tribunal: lawyers

Rwandan genocide suspect Felicien Kabuga has the right to be presumed innocent and opposes being transferred from France to a U.N. tribunal based in Tanzania, his lawyers said in a statement.
