Donald Trump removes mask to address crowd of hundreds in first public event since COVID-19 diagnosis

The crowd - a sea of red "MAGA" hats - chanted "four more years" throughout Mr Trump's 18-minute speech, as the president declared that the coronavirus was disappearing.
