Paris attacker's car explodes into flames on Champs-Elysees

A car exploded into cloud of orange flames after slamming into a police van on the Champs-Elysees in Paris. French authorities say it was an act of terror and that the vehicle was full of explosives. The driver is dead. Roxana Saberi reports.
