Journalist mistaken for Brussels attacker released from custody

The investigation into the Brussels terror attacks was dealt a serious setback Monday when authorities released the man they thought was their prime suspect. It turns out freelance journalist Faycal Cheffou was mistakenly identified as "the man in the black hat." Debora Patta reports.
