Children to wait longer between doses of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in Canada than in U.S.

Despite a recommendation from NACI to offer the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine eight weeks apart for children between five and 11 years of age, Canada has authorized a three-week interval.
