Peter Dutton says landmark High Court ruling on dual-nationals will have ‘dire consequences’

The Opposition leader says the Labor government must fix terror laws after a High Court decision overturned powers to strip dual-nationals of Australian citizenship, but there are hopes the landmark ruling will better protect the rights of dependent children of suspected foreign fighters.
