Danny Masterson Will Be Re-Tried on Rape Charges, Prosecutors Say

Prosecutors intend to re-try Danny Masterson on rape charges, the Los Angeles District Attorney said on Tuesday after a judge rejected the “That ’70s Show” star’s request for a dismissal. Masterson’s first trial ended in a hung jury late last year.
