Italy says migrants must go to charity boats' home nations

Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani has demanded that migrants rescued at sea be sent to the countries supporting NGO charities. Tajani's statement came after Berlin confirmed its financial support for three German NGOs operating in the Mediterranean. Italy has taken in a significant number of boat migrants this year and accuses the charities of encouraging dangerous crossings.
