News24 | Hlophe seconds: MK Party parliamentary leader elected to Judicial Service Commission

The first judge to be removed in a democratic South Africa will now sit on the body appointing and disciplining judges. This is the same body that found John Hlophe guilty of gross misconduct, and which led to his removal.
