BATON ROUGE, La. (Reuters) - U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and his running mate toured the flood-damaged city of Baton Rouge on Friday, despite the Democratic Louisiana governor's urging not to make political stops in areas affected by recent deadly rains.
