17 Killed in Attack at School in Parkland, Florida
17 people, including teenagers and members of the faculty, have been killed in a mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, in Parkland, Florida. The shooting is believed to have been carried out by an ex-student who has since been arrested and has appeared in court. More details emerge about the incident and it is likely the case will continue to unfold in the coming days. The shooter has confessed to the killings, and the names of those lives lost have been commemorated across the media.
