The Prime Minister has announced that the UK will be expelling 23 Russian diplomats following the attack on former Russian spy Sergei Skripal.

Whilst delivering a statement in the House of Commons, Theresa May concluded that the Russian state is “culpable for the attempted murder of Mr Skripal and his daughter”. Report by Swinnertonl.
