Suicide Bomber Kills Over 100 People in Pakistan A suicide bomber has killed at least 128 people and injured more than 150 in southwestern Pakistan.

Local officials say the attacker detonated a bomb inside a crowded compound where a campaign rally was being held.

The terrorist group ISIS has since claimed responsibility for the bombing.

ISIS has carried out a number of attacks in the region on the border with Afghanistan in recent years.

Friday's attack in the city of Mastung was the deadliest incident in Pakistan since 2014.

The attack comes ahead of general elections in Pakistan on July 25..
