Our love for emails continues to grow… so much so that we’ve surpassed the amount of times we check them by 17 percent in comparison by last year.????In general, consumers spend an average of 2.5 hours checking their personal email each weekday, that’s according to a survey done by Adobe.????Now add another 3.1 hours to your day just for checking work emails.????Basically emailing is a big part of a person’s life and probably because it can be done everywhere!????And after you hear these numbers you’ll start to think we are hopelessly addicted to email.????90 percent said they check it at work, 85 percent do it before getting into work, almost a quarter look at it before stepping out of bed.????That doesn’t rule out that 60 percent check personal email while watching tv, 40 percent while in the bathroom, another 35 percent while on talking on the phone, 16 percent when they work out and 14 percent while driving.
????Now that’s freaky!????Oh!
Adobe’s surveyed also found out what is the most annoying phrase you could possibly use in an email: “Not sure if you saw my last email”????Oops!
