Police: Man Disguised As Woman Used Stolen Credit Card To Buy Puppy
Police in Florida are on the hunt for a man who disguised himself as a woman and used a stolen credit card to buy a puppy worth thousands of dollars.??The Largo Police Department posted on social media the suspect, Bryant Farfan, who police ??alleged went to a local pet store in October disguised as a woman and used a stolen credit card and stolen driver’s license??To purchase a fawn colored French Bulldog puppy believed to be worth $4,000, according to NewsWeek.
??The pet store spoke with authorities saying Farfan lied to employees about the dog’s future home and falsified adoption records, according to ABC News.
??Authorities believe Farfan will attempt to sell the dog for profit.
??ABC News went on to report the store has offered a $1,000 reward for the 5 month-old pups return and are worried for it’s safety.
??Farfan was previously arrested on grand theft charges back in February when he wore a dress ??and purchased more than 4 grand worth of generators and pressure washers, according to NewsWeek.
