Supreme Court Will Hear Census Citizenship Dispute

The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday said it would hear arguments in February by 18 states who are challenging President Donald Trump’s administration’s decision to ask whether people are citizens in the 2020 national census.

According to Reuters, the legal question concerns the scope of evidence that a New York-based federal judge can consider at a trial in the case.
