During the offseason, Chicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon has been reading "Managing Millennials for Dummies." Maddon hopes the book will help him improve his communication with his players.

According to Business Insider, Cubs president Theo Epstein said teams need to change the way they handle players because they're now dealing with "ultra-millennials." Epstein said that one of the great things about Maddon is that he's "curious and open to change.
