In connection to a bomb threat directed at lafayette college earlier this year.
The man claimed to be a student at the college..
As well as an isis pledge.

But the college has scheduled a news conference about the situation on wednesday.

Officials said the suspect claimed to be a student who had pledged allegiance to isis and planted bombs on the easton campus..
A report in the anchorage daily news identified the suspect as a 2?yea?old and says charges against him have been sealed.
The threats put the campus on lockdown may 5th as officials performed a search..
But the threats were deemed not credible..
When 69 news initially reported the incident, students expressed distaste with the school's lack of communication as some say they learned of the threats through word of mouth..

>> reporter in a letter released to the lafayette community saturday, president alison byerly, discussed changes made to the school's public safety strategies as a result of the may bomb threat... she said the changes, which took effect before the fall semester, are aimed at making sure all students receive information promptly.
Byerly's statement concludes, "while we are relieved an arrest has been made, we will continue to make emergency planning a high priority, as nothing is more important than the safety and wel?being of our students."
