White House Chief Of Staff Says There May Be Possible Compromise For Government Shutdown

According to Reuters, the U.S. federal government shutdown is now on its third week.

White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney said the shutdown could “drag on a lot longer.” Mulvaney said they are thinking of changing the construction materials used to build the border wall.

He said Trump is considering making the wall out of steel despite promising making it out of concrete.

Mulvaney said they are reconsidering the materials in order to reach a compromise with Democrats.
