Former Reagan Aide Tapped As Deputy National Security Adviser
According to Politico, the White House announced on Friday that President Donald Trump has named Charles Kupperman, a former defense industry executive and Reagan administration official, as his new deputy national security adviser.
Kupperman replaces Mira Ricardel, who was ousted from the position last year after clashing with First Lady Melania Trump's staff.
He is Trump's fourth deputy national security adviser in less than two years.
