Three Dead In Paris Blast Amid 'Yellow Vest' Lockdown
Three people died and nearly people 50 were injured in a gas explosion in Paris Saturday.
According to Reuters, the blast gutted the ground floor of a building in a central Paris shopping district.
The accident occurred while central Paris was under security lockdown for a ninth consecutive Saturday of “yellow vest” protests.
As firemen were looking for a gas leak in the building, a dramatic explosion took place.

One of the firemen had been buried under debris for several hours.
Two of the people who died in the explosion were French; the other was a Spanish citizen.
