A lot of people i like to sit on the couch and watch a lot of tv, too.

>> a lot of that is recommended for us but even for those who are at the job.

It's hard to believe.

The research is really coming out and it's true a lot of bad things happen.

>> a lot are checking their blood at their doctor's office.

Kind of what the research is showing wherever you sit you don't activate your core muscles.

When you activate those very important enzymes which eats up the bad -- >> okay we are just sitting around.

That is missing and to make the good go up.

You are sitting in bad direction.

There's 20%-30% increase in lung cancer and colon cancer.

>> i am noticing more asty age just sitting down more you get stiffer and it's hard tore get up and your legs and back hurt.

>> that's rights.

>> this is also showing the more that sits that puts a lot of pressure on discs.

That gives me more work to do.

>> we are talking about running laps around the gym.

>> all of the above.

The more we are up and moving the better.

That means we want 150 minutes of exercise a week but also as you are at work all day sitting down trying to get up ry 20-30 minutes, walk cooler.

>> walking count cans as exercise.

People think you're lazy instead of running but it serves a purpose.

>> walking is better than it's a regio how can folk reach
