C1 3 distillery right here in versailles and i'm here with miss jenny and she is gonna be talking about valentine's day coming up right around the corner.
You guys have a really special event coming up, don't you?
Jenny: we really do.
We've got the beautiful feast of st.
Valentine coming up.
It's actually two days after valentine's day on saturday, february 16th.
Speaker 1: okay.
Jenny: we're gonna have a beautiful menu, beautiful night here, dinner at the distillery.
Tours, live jazz music here.
Speaker 1: nice.
Jenny: just something really nice for lovers and friends and anybody to come enjoy a beautiful night out.
Speaker 1: i love it.
It sounds fantastic.
Now i heard you say menu, so we have to talk about the menu.
Jenny: of course.
Speaker 1: what's going on with the food?
Jenny: the food is the best part.
Besides the bourbon, the food is the best part.
So our first course that night, we have oysters on the half shell with a bourbon smoked sea salt and a woodford reserve menu.
Speaker 1: love it.
Jenny: second course, we've got woodford county winter greens with shaved truffle and figs and a champagne vinaigrette, just all these great winter flavors.
And then our main course is frenchton grilled lamp chops with a chive and cheese grit souffle and sorghum butter carrots.
And then dessert.
Speaker 1: like that wasn't enough.
Jenny: my favorite part.
Dessert, we're gonna have chocolate three ways.
It's a mexican rye hot chocolate, a double oaked chocolate mousse as well as a chocolate truffle.
So all these great things for lovers to enjoy, all these great foods, these aphrodisiacs, all kinds of good stuff.
Speaker 1: awesome.
It sounds fantastic.
Now how do people if they want to come, how you they get a hold of you?
Do they go to your website?
What's going on with that?
You can actually purchase tickets on our website at woodfordreserve.c om/events.
We only have a few seats left so we encourage you to jump on those and reserve those seats as soon as possible.
Speaker 1: yes, absolutely.
Well, and we have more to talk about but we do have to go to break but keep it right here.
You're watching good day kentucky.
