According to CNN, three British lawmakers quit the Conservative Party in protest of Brexit.

In the joint letter sent to Prime Minister Theresa May, MPs Heidi Allen, Anna Soubry and Sarah Wollaston criticized the government's strategy for exiting the European Union.

The trio of former Conservative MPs added that the government's handling of Brexit has been disastrous.

On Feb.

20th, the trio joined a new independent group on the benches in the House of Commons.
